Hiverline.com Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. General Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure

Contact us by email at support@hiverline.com specifying your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for this request.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange, including the return address.

Carefully package the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a document indicating the order number.

Ship the item to the address we provide you. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Once we have received the returned item, our team will examine its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Original delivery fees will not be refunded, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
